This is the menu for the social dinner at the Základna restaurant. You can choose up to one of each (soup, main course, dessert).
The organisers will cover the cost of dinner, which includes wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options.
A selection of home-made sausages, cheeses, mustard, horseradish, pickled peppers and olives is ordered as starters for the whole company.

Savoury beef broth with meat, vegetables and noodles
Soup of the day (specified later)
Main courses:
Roasted sirloin in sour cream sauce with bread dumplings and cranberries
Pan-fried chicken breast sous-vide, butter sauce, fresh vegetables
Roasted pork bits with sauerkraut and dumplings
"Šopský" salad (fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, onions, feta cheese)
Desserts:
Homemade apple strudel with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream
Chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream
Yeast-based fruit dumpling with quark (sour cheese)
