By registering at the event and paying the fee, you (as participant) enter into an agreement with The Extreme Light Infrastructure ERIC, with its registered seat at: Za Radnicí 835, Dolní Břežany, 252 41, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
Special conditions regarding participation (if any) are specified at each event at the registration page (each event has its own special terms and conditions).
It must be understood that the Organizer only provides a platform for the event. The Organizer does not (and cannot) warranty the satisfaction of the participants with the quality and content of the event. The Organizer shall not be held accountable for any information or opinions that the speakers at the event provide. The Organizer cannot guarantee that the information provided by the speakers at the event are truthful, complete, and otherwise not misleading and participants are aware that they can act upon these only at their own risk.
After registration at the event, you may cancel you participation in writing by sending a request (e-mail) to end the participation to the event administrator. Request to cancel the participation over the phone shall not be accepted. Cancellation policy and the possibility of refunds are specified for each event at the registration page. Fees shall not be refunded for any other reason than those explicitly stated at the registration page.
This agreement (terms and conditions) and all other disputes arising out of the participation at the selected event shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, especially the Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code.
Any and all legal disputes shall be preferably settled amicably. If the settlement is not possible between the parties, the dispute shall be decided by courts of the Czech Republic.
