European User Office Meeting 2024
The 2024 European User Office Meeting is the 5th meeting of a series of successful events bringing together representatives from ELI and all large-scale research infrastructures operated as user facilities. The aim of the Meeting is to foster an open exchange on challenges and best practices for tackling them, share information, and acquire useful knowledge. The event is an activity in the framework of the IMPULSE project and has a particular focus on new user offices.

ELI-NP has obtained a special negotiated rate at the Continental Forum Bucuresti Hotel 4**** .
A shuttle to ELI-NP will leave from this hotel at 08:15 on April 23rd and April 24th. Likewise, there will be a shuttle from ELI-NP back to the Continental Forum Bucuresti Hotel at the end of the 1st meeting day.

IMPULSE (Integrated Management and reliable oPerations for User-based Laser Scientific Excellence) is a 42-month project supporting the transition of ELI to sustainable operations. As ELI enters a crucial phase with the establishment of ELI ERIC and the gradual opening of the ELI Facilities to users, IMPULSE addresses the key scientific, technical, organisational and management requirements of this transition, building user communities and expanding the ELI member consortium. This project is inclusive and open, and it relies on the collective effort of a wide consortium involving 15 key institutions of the European science community. IMPULSE focuses primarily on ELI, but its results must have impact beyond the ELI Facilities.
