Accommodation
ELI ERIC has blocked number of rooms in the Vienna house Diplomat hotel for the period from 4-7. June and accommodation will be arranged for a necessary period compatible with times of the meeting and times of journey.
If you are coming by car, parking in the hotel’s garage can be arranged. Please, specify this requirement when filling in the registration form.
The organizer will cover only accommodation costs, extra services provided by the hotel such as wellness, mini-bar, laundry, etc. will be paid for by the guest.
Please don't forget to fill out the registration as soon as possible and please indicate how many nights you will be staying as the final confirmation of rooms has to be confirmed to the hotel by 24th June at the latest.
