Registration and payment deadline: 16 August 2026
All participants and speakers are asked to register.
If the number of registered participants reaches 150 before the registration deadline, we will close the registration due to the capacity of our lecture hall.
Registration fee & payments
150 EUR / Early bird fee - registered and/or paid until 30 June 2026
200 EUR / Standard fee - registered and/or paid after 30 June 2026
Please note that we are unable to provide scholarships or any other financial support regarding the registration fee and travel cost.
There is no registration fee for local students who do not request accommodation or daily transfer.
The fee includes:
- Access to the lectures and the poster session;
- Accommodation for five nights from 30 August to 4 September (from Sunday evening to Friday morning) (double rooms at Hunguest Hotel Forrás, Szeged);
- Daily morning transfer from the hotel to the ELI ALPS Facility from 31 August to 4 September; daily afternoon transfer from ELI ALPS to the hotel from 31 August to 3 September, and an afternoon transfer from ELI ALPS to the Budapest airport and railway station on 4 September (departs at 1 PM);
- Refreshments (hotel breakfast, coffee, lunch, social dinner on Wednesday, poster session snacks);
- Organizing costs;
- Conference materials.
The fee doesn't include:
- Travel costs;
- Transfer from the airport to the hotel;
- Dinner (except for the gala dinner).
Payment instructions
Payments by bank transfer is possible at this moment.
- Fill in the registration form.
- You should receive an automatic confirmation as soon as you fill in the form.
If not, please check your spam box. - Do not forget to fill in the billing / invoice address, if a university or an organization is paying for your costs.

Without these details we cannot identify your payment and your payment will be considered as unpaid.
If you need an invoice for your finance department in advance, please ask for it via e-mail: eliss2024@eli-alps.hu no later than 12 August August.
Otherwise, the invoice will be sent to your e-mail address after we receive your payment.
Cancellation conditions
The ELISS office must be notified about any cancellation in writing via eliss2024@eli-alps.hu.
Cancellations received on or after 17 August 2026 are NOT eligible for refund.
