All participants and speakers are asked to register.
Note that capacity is limited and registration may be closed early in case capacity is reached.
As a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC), ELI operates in full compliance with European Union regulations and sanctions frameworks. Participation in ELI activities is therefore subject to applicable EU restrictive measures. Applications from institutions or individuals subject to EU sanctions cannot be accepted. ELI also complies with European and national research security recommendations and guidelines. ELI reserves the right to deny access to its facilities, premises and events to any natural person based on research security reasons.
Registration fee & payments
200 EUR / Early bird fee - registered and paid until 30 June 2026
300 EUR / Standard fee - registered and paid after 30 June 2026
There is no registration fee for local students who do not request accommodation and daily transfer.
The fee includes:
- Access to the lectures and the poster session;
- Accommodation for five nights from 30 August to 4 September (from Sunday evening to Friday morning, double rooms at Hunguest Hotel Forrás, Szeged);
- Daily morning transfer from the hotel to the ELI ALPS Facility from 31 August to 4 September; daily afternoon transfer from ELI ALPS to the hotel from 31 August to 3 September, and an afternoon transfer from ELI ALPS to Budapest airport and railway station on 4 September;
- Refreshments (hotel breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, gala dinner on Wednesday, poster session snacks);
- Organising costs;
- Conference materials.
The fee doesn't include:
- Travel costs;
- Transfer from the airport to the hotel;
- Dinner (except for what is included in the event programme).
Payment instructions
Payment is possible by bank transfer.
- Fill in the registration form.
- You should receive an automatic confirmation as soon as you fill in the form.
If not, please check your spam box. - Do not forget to fill in the billing / invoice address, in case of a university or an organisation is paying for your costs.

If you need an invoice for your finance department in advance, please ask for it via e-mail: ELISS_org@eli-laser.eu no later than 4 August.
Otherwise, the invoice will be sent to your e-mail address after we receive your payment.
Cancellation conditions
The ELISS office must be notified about any cancellation in writing via ELISS_org@eli-laser.eu.
Cancellations received on or after 10 August 2026 are NOT eligible for refund.
