ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is included in the registration fee.
The fee is waived for local students who do not require accommodation.
The accommodation for participants who have booked it in the registration form is provided at the student dormitories of the University of Economics - Campus Jarov – the hostel “Eislerova”:
- The reception desk: V zahrádkách 67, Praha 3
- A list of accommodated guests will be available at the reception.
- No voucher is needed, you will need your ID card or passport.
- The accommodation from Sunday till Friday (24.-29.8.2025) is covered by ELI ERIC.
If you have booked an earlier arrival or later departure, you will pay these extra nights directly at reception.
You can pay by credit card or cash, credit card payments are preffered. - The prices are:
- 475 CZK in a double-bed room
- 50 CZK /day for a city tax
- Breakfasts are paid by organizers.
- WiFi available free of charge.
- Other services.
- Check IN - from 14:00, check OUT - before 10:00.
- Breakfasts available from 07:00 - your ELISS name badge is necessary (except for early arrivals and Monday)
!!! Unfortunately it is not possible to arrange breakfasts from August 30, 2025 - it means for students who have extended their stay after the end of ELISS.
BUS TRANSFERS
Bus transfers between Prague and ELI Beamlines facility will be provided for students accommodated in the campus Jarov, and for speakers accommodated in the Don Giovanni hotel.
The pick-up point is close to the “Eislerova kolej” reception - depending on the immediate situation. There will be 2 buses ready every morning, they should be marked with the ELISS 2023 sign.
An another bus will pick up speakers from the Don Giovanni hotel at the same times.
NOTE: The buses will wait for latecomers for a maximum of 5 minutes only.
!!! If you miss a bus use the Prague public transport or Bolt / Uber taxi.

COFFEE BREAKS & LUNCHES
All coffee breaks and lunches will be served in the Atrium of ELI Beamlines Facility.
As there will be approximately 140 participants in one place during meal times, we kindly ask for your patience and cooperation.
We will do our best to provide several serving points to reduce waiting times. However, short queues may still occur, especially during lunch.
If there is a queue at the hot food counter, you are welcome to start at the salad bar.
Alternatively, feel free to wait in the outdoor atrium until the line becomes shorter.
Each participant will be served one soup, one main corse, a salad, and a drink. Please allow everyone to be served before returning for potential additional portions.
POSTER SESSION
The poster session will be located in the ELI barn on Wednesday – 27 August 2025
17:00 – 20:00.

Please note there is no possibility to print your poster on site!
Buses depart from in front of the ELI main building back to the hotels at 20:30.

From Mánes to the dormitory Jarov – by public transport
Take a tram No. 9 from the stop “Národní divadlo” (National Theatre) located 3 min from the Mánes restaurant, and go to the stop “Chmelnice”.
From Mánes to the Don Giovanni hotel – by public transport
Take a tram from the stop “Jiráskovo náměstí” located directly in front of the Mánes restaurant, and go 3 stops to “Staroměstská”. Continue by metro (green line A) in the direction “Depo Hostivař” to the station “Želivského”.
