The first day of the workshop will take place at the Imperatore Meeting Room of the Savoia Excelsior Palace hotel located in the Trieste city center.
The second day will be held at Elettra; transportation will be organized on the 31th morning from the Savoia Excelsior Palace to Elettra and in the evening back to the hotel.
A number of hotel rooms for 3 nights (January 29th - February 1st) have been reserved at the Savoia Excelsior Palace at a special rate for the workshop participants:
- 15 classic rooms at 145€/day + city tax, breakfast included.
- 10 superior rooms at 165€/day + city tax, breakfast included.
Booking must be done directly by the participants before January 22nd by contacting the Savoia Excelsior Palace via email (reservations.savoiaexcelsior.ts@starhotels.it) or by phone (+39 040 77941). In the requests refer to “ELI/IMPULSE Meeting” in order to get the special rate.
For those who will not stay at the Savoia Excelsior Palace, for organization purposes we recommend considering accommodations conveniently located nearby. Possible alternative accommodation not affiliated with the event can be found here or using any web site for hotel search, such as Booking.com.
Workshop dinner
The workshop dinner will be organized in the Zodiaco room at the Savoia hotel.
The menu will be based on fish, but upon request vegetarian and/or meat dishes will be available.
