The 4U-PI Kick-off meeting will take place as an in-person event at The Extreme Light Infrastructure ERIC in Dolní Břežany in the Czech Republic from 15 September 2026, 13:00 CEST to 16 September 2026 13:00 CEST.
For this first 4U-PI in-person Meeting invited participants are:
- General Assembly members (GA),
- Work Package Leaders (WPLs),
- Task Leaders (TLs) and
- Project Management Team (PMT).
Each partner should be represented by at least one participant. Additional colleagues involved in the project are welcome to attend.
All participants are invited to join the get-together dinner on the evening of the day 1, on 15 September 2026, as of 20:00 CEST.
General Assembly Members will have the opportunity to meet after the Kick-off meeting on 16 September 2026, 14:00 CEST.
Participants are requested to register for the event until 20 August 2026.
Participants are responsible for organizing and paying their own travel costs to the venue as well as for their accommodation.
