Oral Presentations
Please prepare your presentation according to the following time allocation:
- Invited talks: 25 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for questions and discussion
- Contributed oral talks: 15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for questions and discussion
We kindly ask all speakers to respect the allocated time to ensure that the conference program runs according to schedule.
Presentations will be accepted in PowerPoint (.pptx) and PDF (.pdf) formats.
Detailed instructions regarding the uploading and use of presentation files will be provided later.
Poster Presentations
Posters should be prepared in A0 format (841 × 1189 mm), portrait orientation.
Detailed information about the poster session, poster numbering, and where and when posters should be displayed will be provided later.
Best Student Poster Award
We are pleased to announce the "ECLIM 2026 Best Student Poster Award". All eligible student posters presented during the poster session on Thursday, 17 September will be evaluated by a dedicated committee.
The three best student posters will receive an award consisting of a certificate and a financial prize.
