Instructions for Authors

Oral Presentations

Please prepare your presentation according to the following time allocation:

• Invited talks: 25 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for questions and discussion
• Contributed oral talks: 15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for questions and discussion

We kindly ask all speakers to respect the allocated time to ensure that the conference program runs according to schedule.

Presentations will be accepted in PowerPoint (.pptx) and PDF (.pdf) formats.

Poster Presentations

Posters should be prepared in A0 format (841 × 1189 mm), portrait orientation.

Posters will be displayed in Dvořák's Hall; please follow the signs at the conference venue. Your poster number is listed in the poster abstract book and will also be marked on the poster boards. Materials for mounting posters will be provided.

The poster hall will be accessible from Tuesday, and we encourage authors to mount their posters already on Tuesday so that participants can view them throughout the conference.

Best Student Poster Award

We are pleased to announce the "ECLIM 2026 Best Student Poster Award". All eligible student posters presented during the poster session on Thursday, 17 September will be evaluated by a dedicated committee.

The three best student posters will receive an award consisting of a certificate and a financial prize.
