Registration Fee
The registration fee includes:
- access to all scientific sessions (lectures nad poster sessions)
- registration package
- refreshment (coffee breaks, lunches)
- selected social events (welcome party, social dinner)
- lab tour at ELI beamlines facility incl bus transfers

Notice:
The organisers do not provide any accommodation booking service.
Any unsolicited e-mails from booking agencies or other thisrd parties offering accommodation or registering services are not affiliated with the organisers and should be treated with caution.
Payment Methods
Payment of the registration fee can be made either by credit card or by bank transfer.
Invoicing
To ensure correct invoicing, participants are required to fill in all necessary billing details during registration. Participants from EU countries must include the VAT number of their company, institute, or university.
If you require an invoice prior to payment, it will be issued and sent to your email address as soon as possible after your registration.
Otherwise, you may proceed with payment immediately after registration (by credit card or bank transfer). The invoice will be issued once the payment has been received in the conference bank account.
All bank details will be included in the automatic confirmation email sent after registration. If you do not receive this notification, please check that you have entered your email address correctly, check your spam folder, and if necessary, contact the ECLIM Office.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the ECLIM2026 Office.
Cancellations received before 14 August 2026 will be refunded in full, less a €30 administrative fee.
Cancellations received on or after 15 August 2026 are non-refundable.
Substitutions of participants are permitted at any time.
The participant acknowledges that no claims for damages may be made against the organisers in the event that the congress is hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economic events, force majeure, or if programme changes are necessary due to the absence of speakers or other reasons. By registering, the participant accepts these conditions.
