The course will begin with a brief introduction to simulation and measurement methods used in the development of gas targets for laser-plasma experiments.
Participants will then set up a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation of gas flow through a supersonic nozzle geometry, serving as a practical example of gas target design method.
