All registered participants will be informed of this fact and all necessary information will be sent to you by email.
All registered participants received an advance invoice. The final invoice for your account department will be sent by the end of January 2023. Thanks for your understanding.

Cancellation and refunds
The conference office must be notified about any cancellation / changes in writing.
- Cancellations received before January 10, 2023 - full refund of the registration fee
- Cancellations received after January 11, 2023 - no refund possible, but a substitute can use your fee instead.
The participant acknowledges that she / he has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With her / his registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
Tax Invoice
All fees are quoted in EUR and include VAT. A tax invoice will be issued by our financial department after your payment and sent by e-mail to you. If you need it, don´t forget to fill in the necessary details (address + VAT number) in the registration form.
