All registered participants hereby grant permission to the COST Action 22148:
- To film and take pictures of me in the framework of "WavemiX2026/NEXT annual meeting"
- To use and make use of those photographs and/or videos, COST Action 22148 websiteand other communications tools or publications for communication purposes.
Participants are informed that they have the right to withdraw the present authorisation at any time through email to barbara.ressel@ung.si (Barbara Ressel, Science communicationCoordinator CA 22148).
NOTE: Withdrawing your consent means that the pictures of you will not be used anylonger. However, use of your data in the past remains valid.

ELI ERIC Consent to Process Personal Data
In accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing and Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the "Regulation"), we wish to inform you that we record your personal data that you will be providing in the registration form in connection due to necessary administration and organization of the event and the statistics of attendance.
The provided personal data will be processed for 5 years in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 (1) f) of the Regulation by the personal data controller: ELI ERIC IČ:10974938. Personal data will not be provided to third parties.
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights: (i) the right of access to your personal data, (ii) the right to correct or add inaccurate or false personal data, (iii) the right to delete personal data if the personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed or you find that it has been processed unlawfully, (iv) the right to limit the processing of your personal data in specific cases, (v) the right of portability of the data, (vi) the right to object after which processing of your personal data will be terminated unless it is proven that there are serious legitimate processing grounds that outweigh your interests or rights and freedoms, in particular, if there is a reason for enforcing legal claims and (vii) the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
