Registration Fees
XXX EUR | Standard fee (registered and paid before xxxxxxx 2026)
XXX EUR | Late fee (from xxxx 2026)
100 EUR | Accompanying person fee
In order to register as a student, the registration form must be accompanied by a copy of valid student ID or by a letter from an affiliated institution head.
The registration fees include:
- access to scientific meetings - lectures & poster session
- welcome refreshment
- coffee breaks & lunches
- social dinner
Cancellation of Conference Fees
The ELIMED office must be notified about any cancellation in writing (Romana.Kocova@eli-beams.eu).
Cancellations received till XXXXX - full refund of the registration fee less 20 € for administrative charge.
Cancellations received from XXXXX - no refund possible. A substitute can come.
The participant acknowledges that she / he has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With her / his registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
