ELI ALPS has blocked 50 and 70 rooms respectively at the Art Hotel and Hunguest Hotel Forrás located in downtown Szeged for the period from 8 - 11 November 2022. Please, make sure you indicate if you wish to stay in any of those hotels when filling in the registration form. Accommodation costs will be covered by meeting participants and may be charged on the IMPULSE budget.
Art Hotel and Hunguest Hotel Forrás are modern 4-star hotels with well-equipped and spacious rooms and spa services. If you are coming by car, parking in the hotel’s garage can be arranged. Please, specify this requirement when filling in the registration form.

Price:
- 30 double standard room for 1 or 2 person
- 19,000 HUF / 1 person/ night
- 24,000 HUF / 2 person/ night
- 20 double standard room with balcony for 1 or 2 person
- 22,000 HUF / 1 person/ night
- 27,000 HUF / 2 person/ night
Price includes breakfast (3,500 HUF per person), free internet, bathrobe, welcome tray (mineral water, coffee, tea), 5 % VAT.
Standard rooms have double or twin beds, bathroom either with shower or tub/shower. Rooms are equipped with a safe, telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV and radio, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror.
Breakfast: 7.00 – 10.00 AM at the hotel’s restaurant
Parking: 2,000 HUF / car / night in the underground garage
Local tax: 500 HUF / person / night (between 18-70 years)
Date until when rooms will be kept: 9 October 2022.
Payment:
- accommodation, local tax and parking place paid on spot by guests with cash or credit card
- other services should be paid by the guest on departure.
Terms and conditions:
- If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
- If cancelled or modified later 100% of the first night will be charged.
