Participation in the FLUKA event is subject to registration approval. Registration is moderated. Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a notification at the email address provided with payment instructions for bank transfer, as well as access to complete your registration by credit card payment.

Cancellation of Conference Fees
The local registration office must be notified about any cancellation in writing (Romana.Kocova@eli-beams.eu).
Cancellations received till 15 April 2026 - full refund of the registration fee less 20 € for administrative charge.
Cancellations received from 16 April 2026 - no refund possible. A substitute can come.
The participant acknowledges that she / he has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With her / his registration, the participant accepts this provision.
